The trophodynamic cycle and growth of the albacore was studied. The different age forms are discussed in relation to various growth hypotheses, in particular the Walford method and the Harding-Chap-man method. Behaviour during capture is also discussed, particularly during troll line fishing, and its reaction to the bait. |
