1. Le projet de recherche ASTRODOME a pour objet d'étude les aspects économiques du système d'attribution et de transmission des concessions conchylicoles, considéré comme un élément fondamental pour la compréhension des stratégies d'occupation de l'espace maritime côtier. Deux séries de questions sont traitées. La première série de questions examine le système du point de vue du développement sectoriel : quels sont les types de besoins des conchyliculteurs que la mise en place d'un quasi-marché des concessions a permis de satisfaire, et plus généralement, quelle est la contribution de l'évolution du système d'attribution et de transmission des concessions à l'évolution de la structure du secteur ? La seconde série de questions examine le système du point de vue de l'intérêt collectif : dans quelle mesure l'actuel système d'attribution et de transmissions des concessions contribue-t-il à une bonne gestion de l'espace et des ressources conchylicoles, tant du point de vue biologique que social et économique, et quelles seraient les voies d'amélioration qui pourraient être explorées ? |

1. The ASTRODOME research project aims to study the economic aspects of the system of allocation and transmission of shellfish concessions, which is considered as an essential element in the understanding of the occupancy strategies of the coastal maritime space. Two series of questions are highlighted. The first series examines the system from a sectorial development point of view: what are the shellfish farmers' needs that the implementation of a quasi concession market satisfied, and to a larger extent, what is the contribution of the evolution of the system of allocation and transmission of concessions to the evolution of the sector's structure? The second series takes a look at the system from a collective interest point of view: to what extent does the current system of allocation and transmission of the concessions contribute to the good management of the space and of the shellfish resources, from a biological point of view, but also from a social and economic point of view, and what are the possible means of improvement that could be explored? |
