Résumé en anglais Heat shocks at 40 degree were delivered to Artemia at the end of embryonic development and at the beginning of postembryonic development and their effects on subsequent development examined. Heat shocks delivered during preemergence development have no effect on subsequent development. Heat shocks delivered to newly hatched nauplii induce anomalies on the morphogenesis of thoracic and genital appendages. The induction of morphological anomalies by thermal conditions prevailing during early larval life makes it easier to integrate the morphological effects previously induced by nutritional conditions imposed to older feeding stages.
