AB Il s'agit de la description d'une technique d'inclusion et de préparation réalisée sur des coupes transversales de vertèbres de raies. L'observation des anneaux de croissance est améliorée après coloration au nitrate de cobalt et safranine. Cette méthode est utilisée pour l'observation des anneaux de croissance des vertèbres de Raja naevus.
AB Description of a technique for including and preparing small cross sections of ray vertebra. The observation of the rings growth is performed after staining with cobalt nitrate and safranine. This method is applied to the observation of the growth rings in the vertebra of Raja naevus.
