AB Cet article constitue le second volet d'une analyse des secteurs mytilicoles en France, Hollande et Espagne. Le premier volet, consacré à la France, abordait les contraintes d'adaptation de l'offre nationale à l'évolution du marché de la moule. Au regard des interrogations que suscite au sein de la profession 1/ la préparation du secteur mytilicole français au contexte réglementaire et économique de 1992, l'Espagne et la Hollande offrent des références en matière de structuration de l'offre et d'organisation des marchés. Cet article présente l'activité mytilicole en Espagne et Hollande sous ces deux angles.
AB This article is the second part of an analysis of mussel-farming sectors in France, Holland and Spain. The first part, devoted to France, addressed the national offering's stresses of adapting to changes in the mussel market. From the viewpoint of questions raised within the profession while preparing the French mussel-farming sector for the regulatory and economic environment of 1992, Spain and Holland offer benchmarks in terms of structuring the offer and planning markets. This article presents the mussel-farming business in Spain and Holland from these two angles.
