AB OCR non controlé) Cette mission s'inscrit dans le cadre des décisions prises lors de la 7 e m e session du groupe de travail mixte franco soviétique de coopération en océanologie qui s'est tenu à Paris du 27 février au 1er mars 1989. Il s'agit de la mission en retour suite à l'accueil de deux chercheurs soviétiques du VNIRO(4) à la station IFREMER de Sète en juin 1989 .  Les conditions de milieu dans lesquelles s'effectue le développement de la mytiliculture en mer Noire étant très proches de celles existant dans le golfe du Lion, l'objectif principal de la mission était de pouvoir étudier et comparer: - la conception des filières mytilicoles et les solutions technologiques apportées aux problèmes de comportement par mauvais temps et de gestion de la flottabilité. - les moyens à la mer développés pour le travail des filières (bateaux et équipements spécifiques). - le traitement des coquillages après la récolte (stockage, lavage, contrôle sanitaire, commercialisation). La présence d'un industriel français de la mytiliculture dans la délégation, en la personne de Christian Malizard, avait également pour but de faire une première évaluation des échanges commerciaux possibles entre les deux pays. Enfin la visite de différents laboratoires et stations de terrain du VNIRO devait permettre de rencontrer des candidats potentiels aux bourses que le gouvernement français est prêt à accorder à des chercheurs de haut niveau et à des "Post-Doc" par l'intermédiaire de l'IFREMER.
AB This mission is an integral part of the framework of decisions taken during the 7th session of the mixed Franco-Soviet work group of cooperation in oceanology that was held in Paris from 27 February to 1st March 1989. It is about the exchange mission following the visit of two Soviet researchers from the VNIRO (4) at IFREMER's Sète station in June 1989.  Since the environmental conditions in which the development of mussel farming in the Black Sea takes place are very close to those that exist in the Gulf of Lion, the main objective of the mission was to be able to study and compare: - the design of mussel-farming lines and the technological solutions brought to behaviour problems from bad weather and to buoyancy management.  - the resources at sea developed for line work (specific boats and equipment). - the processing of the shellfish after harvest (storage, washing, health monitoring, marketing). The presence of a French mussel-farming industrialist in the delegation, namely Christian Malizard, had also as a goal to make a preliminary assessment of the possible commercial exchanges between the two countries. Finally, the visit to various laboratories and field stations of the VNIRO was supposed to make it possible to meet potential candidates for scholarships that the French government is ready to award to high-level researchers and "Post Doctorates" through the intermediary of IFREMER.
