| Résumé | La pêche bigoudène est importante par le tonnage débarqué, la qualité de la production et le prix de vente élevé. Cela fait du Guilvinec "un laboratoire idéal pour analyser la filière poisson dans toute sa compléxité, de la capture jusqu'à la commercialisation". Les pêcheurs du quartier du Guilvinec sont répartis dans 3 ports : Le Guilvienc, Loctudy, Saint Guénolé. Chaque port a sa spécialité (exemple : la spécialité du Guilvinec est la pêche à la baudroie).Chaque flottille est composée de canots, chalutiers côtiers, chalutiers hauturiers poissonniers, de chalutiers hauturiers langoustiniers. Le sujet choisi pour ce mémoire de maitrise est l'étude de la stratégie de pêche d'un navire hauturier, le Kerflous. Ce travail a été difficile car il touchait au domaine du secret professionnel. Le kerflous travaille à la limite des secteurs 7H1, 7H2, E1, BA1 et BA2 de la délimitation CIEM. Le choix des secteurs de pêche par le patron pêcheur se fait en fonction de nombreux facteurs techniques, sociologiques, économiques. Ce mémoire présente la méthologie de l'enquête , les facteurs influençant le choix des zones de pêche et enfin les zones de pêche, leur exploitation et la tactique de pêche de 1971 à 1985. |

| Résumé en anglais | The Bigouden region's fishing is significant by the tonnage landed, the quality of the production and high sales price. That makes Guilvinec "an ideal laboratory for analysing the fish business in all its complexity, from the catch to marketing". The fishermen of the Guilvinec district are spread out in 3 ports: Guilvinec, Loctudy, and Saint Guénolé. Each port has its speciality (example: Guilvinec's speciality is monkfish). Each fleet is composed of dinghies, coastal trawls, seafaring fish trawls, and seafaring crayfish trawls. The subject chosen for this master's theses is the study of the fishing strategy of a seafaring ship, the Kerflous. This work was difficult because it reached into the sphere of the professional secret. The Kerflous works at the boundary of sectors 7H1, 7H2, E1, BA1 and BA2 of the CIEM delimitation. The choice of fishing sectors by the skipper is made based on many technical, sociological, and economic factors. This paper introduces the methodology of the survey, factors influencing the choice of fishing areas and finally the fishing areas, their exploitation and fishing tactics from 1971 to 1985. |
