AB Cette synthèse des Flottilles de pêche françaises de mer du Nord Manche Atlantique pour l'année 2005 a été réalisée dans le cadre du programme « Systèmes d'information et techniques d'observation, économie et diagnostic de l'évolution des ressources et de leurs usages » de l'Ifremer. Ce programme regroupe des projets correspondant chacun à des ambitions spécifiques. Le projet « Système d'Informations Halieutiques » (SIH) constitue le réseau opérationnel et pluridisciplinaire d'observation des ressources halieutiques et des usages associés. Outre le soutien aux programmes de recherche halieutiques et aux missions d'avis et d'expertise halieutiques, le projet SIH a pour mission l'élaboration d'indicateurs intégrés sur les pêcheries et de synthèses à destination des différents acteurs de la filière pêche (depuis la recherche, jusqu'aux professionnels et gestionnaires) et du grand public.  Ce document s'inscrit dans le cadre de cette mission. Quatrième édition d'une série lancée en 2000, il s'agit d'une restitution globale des données collectées sur les flottilles françaises en 2006 sur l'année de référence 2005. Il a pour ambition de présenter de manière synthétique, l'activité et la situation économique de la flotte de pêche française de mer du Nord Manche Atlantique, à destination d'un public très large.
AB This description of the French fishing fleets of the North Sea/English Channel/Atlantic for the year 2005 was done in the context of IFREMER's programme, "Information systems and observation techniques, economy and diagnostics of the evolution of resources and their use". This programme brings together projects that have ambitions specific to each. The "Fisheries Information Systems" (FIS) project constitutes the operational and multidisciplinary fisheries observatory. In addition to support for halieutic research programmes and halieutic advisory and experts' missions, the FIS project has as its mission the development of integrated indicators on fisheries and summaries meant for the various actors of the fishing sector (from researchers to the fishermen and stakeholders) and the general public.  This document is an integral part of the framework of this mission. Forth edition of a collection which started in 2000, it synthesizes the data collected in 2006 as part of the FIS. It has as its ambition the presentation, in a synthetic way, of the activity and economic situation of the French fishing fleet of the North Sea/English Channel/Atlantic, meant to be read by a wide-ranging public.
