AB Après avoir déterminé les caractéristiques saisonnières de l'hydrobiologie du complexe estuarien de Marennes-Oleron en 1976 et 1977 (Héral et al., 1983), à partir de campagnes saisonnières effectuées en 15 stations échantillonnées en demi-cycle de marée, il a été proposé de suivre 5 stations réparties sur l'ensemble du bassin (fig. 1) dans le cadre du Réseau National d'Observation (R.N.O.) avec deux prélèvements mensuels effectués l'un en mortes-eaux, l'autre en vives-eaux. Parallèlement la station 3, du centre du bassin, a été échantillonnée en demi-cycle de marée, aux mêmes jours mais avec un effort particulier sur la détermination des substances organiques dissoutes et particulaires. La présence note a pour but de présenter les résultats des paramètres hydrobiologiques du R.N.O. aux stations de l'estuaire de la Charente (5) du secteur du fort Boyard (6) et de la station centrale du Chapus (3).
AB After determining the seasonal features of the hydrobiology of the Marennes-Oléron's estuarine complex in 1976 and 1977 (Héral et al, 1983), based on seasonal campaigns conducted in 15 stations sampled in a tide half-cycle, it was proposed to monitor 5 stations spread out over the entire basin (figure 1) as part of the National Observation Network (RNO) with two monthly samples taken, one at neap tide, the other at spring tide. In the same way, station 3, at the centre of the basin, was sampled at tide half-cycle, on the same days but with a special effort to determine the dissolved and particulate organic substances. The goal of this paper is to introduce the results of the RNO's hydrobiological parameters at the stations of the Charente (5) estuary, the sector of Fort Boyard (6) and the central station of Chapus (3).
