AB Effectuer une mise à jour des méthodes d'analyse des protéines, lipides et glucides sur la chair des mollusques. Tenter de mieux comprendre la forte variabilité des résultats d'analyses biochimiques dans leur capacité à "expliquer" la matière organique (poids sec de chair de bivalve).
AB Our objectives were to: -update analytical methods of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates in oyster flesh; and -attempt to better understand the high variability in the results of biochemical analyses and their ability to explain the composition of organic matter (dry weight of oyster flesh).
