AB Le bassin de Marennes-Oléron est le premier site de production de l'huître creuse (35 000 tonnes annuelles). Depuis plus de 10 ans, cette espèce subit des épisodes de mortalités chroniques. Un programme de recherche est développé depuis 1994 avec le secteur professionnel pour tenter d'expliquer ces mortalités
AB The Marennes-Oléron Bay is the first cupped oyster production site (35,000 tons/year). For more than 10 years, this species has suffered chronic mortality episodes. A research program has been developed since 1994 in association with the professional sector, in order to try and explain these mortalities.
