AB Une espèce pêchée en 1999 dans le golfe de Gascogne, déterminée en 2001 d'après deux photographies, Aristostomias tittmanni, est signalée pour la première fois dans l'Atlantique européen. Six autres espèces pêchées en octobre 2001, cinq au chalut pélagique, Bathylagichthys greyae, Melanostomias bartonbeani, Macroparalepis affinis, Lobianchia gemellarii et Melanonus zugmayeri, une au chalut de fond Ophidion barbatum, sont signalées pour la première fois dans le golfe de Gascogne. La faune ichtyologique pélagique vers -500 m, -1000m et -1500 m s'est fortement modifiée entre 1966-1968 et 2001 avec une nette régression des espèces à affinités tempérées froides, spécialement Benthosema glaciale au profit d'une progression des espèces à affinités tempérées cbaudes, particulièrement Ceratoscopelus maderensis. AB One species, fished in 1999 in the Bay of Biscay, determinated during 2001 according to two photographs, Aristostomias tittmanni, is recorded for the first time in the European Atlantic. Six other species, five fished with a pelagic trawl, Bathylagichthys greyae, Melanostomias bartonbeani, Macroparalepis affinis, Lobianchia gemellarii and Melanonus zugmayeri, one fished with a bottom trawl Ophidion barbatum, were recorded for the first time in tbe Bay of Biscay. The pelagic ichtyological fauna about -500 m, -1000m and -1500 m depth has changed between 1966 to 1968 and 2001 with a decrease of temperate cold affinities species, mostly Benthosema glaciale, and an increase of temperate warm affinities species, mostly Ceratoscopelus maderensis.
