AB L'étude histologique des Chaetognathes au microscope photonique a été faite au moins partiellement. De nombreux auteurs, avant 1900, ont indiqué la structure des différentes régions du corps, avec parfois une grande précision, En 1938, KÜHL a rassemblé en une importante compilation la plupart des données obtenues dans ce domaine. Les espèces considérées dans cette première étape furent essentiellement Sagitta elegans, S. hexaptera et S. setosa. En 1957, j'ai moi-même ajouté à cette étude descriptive celle de S. friderici qui comme on pouvait s'y attendre, s'avéra très semblable aux autres espèces. Dans le même temps environ, GHIRARDELLI (1956-1959) expérimentait sur le pouvoir régénérateur de Spadella cephaloptera et des Chaetognathes en général. Actuellement, des observations sont faites sur la structure du tube digestif chez S. decipiens et S. neodecipiens (DALLOT et DUCRET, 1966; DALLOT. à paraître).   (OCR non contrôle)  
AB The histological study of Chaetognaths with a light microscope has been carried out, at least partially.
