AB Des prélèvements de zooplancton ont été effectués en Manche-ouest en 1983. Cette note présente les résultats obtenus pour les larves de tourteau (Cancer pagurus L.). La répartition spatiale des zoés est donnée pour la campagne de mai, effectuée sur un secteur de Manche ouest assez élargi; les résultats des autres campagnes, effectuées dans un secteur plus restreint, mais de façon mensuelle voire bimensuelle de mars à octobre permettent de donner les variations saisonnières des zoés dans la partie orientale de la Manche ouest et de situer la campagne de mai par rapport au pic d'abondance. AB Zooplancton was sampled in 1983 in the french west coast of English Channel. This paper presents the results obtained about the larvae of the edible crab (Cancer pagurus L.). Zoeal distribution is given for the May cruise which covered all the area concerned.The other cruises covered a smaller area from march to october, according to a monthly and even fortinghtly frequency ; the latter provide us seasonal variations of zoeal and megalopa stages in the east part of western Channel and show that the May cruise took place before the peak of zoeal density.
