AB Le présent document constitue la seconde version d'un manuel rédigé dans le cadre d'un projet international d'harmonisation des protocoles d'échantillonnage, par chalutage de fond, des ressources démersales en Méditerranée (programme MEDITS). Il est destiné à servir de document de référence pour des campagnes à réaliser en 1995 par des instituts de recherche espagnols, français, grecs et italiens, sur les plateaux et talus continentaux bordant les quatre pays. Le manuel décrit les caractéristiques de l'engin d'échantillonnage retenu, les méthodes de prélèvement ainsi que de traitement des échantillons. AB This document is the second version of a manual written in the framework of an international project aimed at harmonizing the sampling protocols, through bottom trawling, of demersal resources in the Mediterranean Sea (MEDITS program). It will be used as a reference document for the cruises that will be conducted in 1995 by Spanish, French, Greek and Italian research centres on continental slopes and shelves around these four countries. This manual describes the characteristics of the selected sampling device, as well as sampling methods and the samples processing. Finally, it describes data exchange media specifications.
