AB L'étude des documents comptables se révèle souvent insuffisante aussi bien pour identifier les éléments techniques ou organisationnels à l'origine de la situation financière d'une entreprise aquacole que pour envisager l'avenir de cette entreprise. C'est pourquoi, comme cela a été largement développé en agriculture, une approche technico-économique mettant en relation les flux physiques liés à l'activité de l'entreprise et les flux financiers qui en découlent répond mieux au besoin de vigilance sur les pratiques d'élevage et au besoin de projection dans l'avenir. La réalisation d'un outil informatique de simulation prenant en compte un certain nombre de critères techniques, biologiques et financiers pertinents peut permettre de mesurer les conséquences de choix d'investissement sur la trésorerie et la rentabilité de l'entreprise. Cette démarche a été appliquée au cas d'une entreprise de production de bar en Grèce ayant décidé de s'équiper d'une écloserie. [OCR NON CONTRÔLE]
AB Formal accounting sheets usually turn out being unappropriate to identify the technical or managerial elements causing the financial situation of an enterprise and to imagine the future of that enterprise as well. That is the reason why, as it has been widely developed in agriculture, a technico-economic approach linking the physical flows related to the activity of the enterprise and the resulting financial flows should be a better answer to the need of vigilance on husbandery practices and to the need of projection in the future. The realization of a computerized simulation tool taking into account some relevant technical, biological and economic criteria makes it possible to assess the consequences of investment decisions on the cash-flow and on the viability of an enterprise. This method has been applied to the case of a Greek sea-bass farm which has decided to build a hatchery. [NOT CONTROLLED OCR]
