AB L'étude des données sédimentologiques, stratigraphiques et géophysiques permet de confirmer l'existence d'une discontinuité dans la serie marine entre le Miocéne terminal et le Pliocène inférieur de la mer d'Alboran. Celle-ci se manifeste par un dépôt évaporitique et salifère dans les parties profondes du bassin et par une lacune stratigraphique au niveau du forage 121 du Glomar Challenger. [OCR NON CONTRÔLE]
AB The existence of a discontinuity in the marine series between late Miocene and lower Pliocene in the Alboran sea has been put to light by the study of sedimentological, stratigraphical and geophysical data. This discontinuity consists of an evaporitic and salt layer in the deep parts of the basin, and of a stratigraphic hiatus near drill site 121 of Glomar Challenger. [NOT CONTROLLED OCR]
