AB La Dorade (Pagellus Centrodontus) est après le Merlu un des poissons les plus importants pour l'industrie du chalutage. Il convenait donc d'en étudier la biologie et de résumer l'état actuel de nos connaissances sur ce poisson. Cette monographie représente un travail préliminaire qui devra être poursuivi ultérieurement pour arriver à une connaissance plus approfondie de ce poisson qui prend sur le marché français, une place de plus en plus importante. AB The bream (Pagellus Centrodontus) is, after the hake, one of the most important fish in the trawling industry. Thus, it seemed important to us to study its biology and to summarize our current knowledge on this fish. This monograph is a preliminary work which will have to be continued to obtain a deeper knowledge on this fish which is becoming more and more important on the French market.
