AB A partir de mesures de respiration (O), d'excrétion d'azote minéral (NH4) et total (NT) et d'excrétion de phosphore (PO4, PT) effectuées sur une population de zooplancton, on peut calculer un certain nombre de rapports qui sont autant d'indices physiologiques.  L'étude qui suit concerne le zooplancton de situations hydrologiques variées de l'Atlantique intertropical-oriental.
AB Several physiological indexes may be calculated from measurements of respiration (O), inorganic (NH4) and total (NT) nitrogen and phosphorus (PO4 and PT) excretions of mixed zooplankton. The present study is concerned with zooplankton populations of various offshore hydrological structures of the eastern tropical Atlantic ocean.
