AB Dans le cadre de ce colloque sur l'état actuel des connaissances en matière de Conchyliculture et surtout sur les perspectives de recherches, il nous a semblé intéressant d'aborder le problème de la nutrition des larves de bivalves et du naissain à l'aide d'aliments artificiels non vivants. Les progrès réalisés depuis une vingtaine d'années en matière de Conchyliculture expérimentale ont permis la maîtrise des facteurs écologiques conditionnant la réussite des élevages de larves et de naissains de bivalves.
AB In the framework of the symposium on the current state of the knowledge on shellfish farming and on the related research perspectives, it seemed interesting to tackle the issue of the feeding of bivalve larvae and spats with artificial, non living food. The progress made for about twenty years in experimental shellfish farming has enabled the mastery of the ecological factors determining the success of the rearing of bivalve larvae and spats.
