AB La méthode la plus précise pour mesurer le dépôt des sédiments des marais intertidaux tempérés consiste en semis de sable multiples ; elle a été mise en oeuvre en divers pays d'Europe du Nord-Ouest, mais pourrait l'être en bien d'autres pays tempérés, quoique non en tous, ni dans les pays tropicaux.
AB The most accurate method to measure accretion in tidal marshes is sand scattering by hand in multiple patches, which has been used in different countries of Northwestern Europe, but could be generalized to many other temperate zones, although not to all of them, nor to the intertropical belt.
