AB Les différentes méthodes utilisées pour étudier la population d'huîtres sous l'angle énergétique sont brièvement décrites : biomasse, croissance, mortalité, reproduction et respiration. La population d'huîtres est replacée dans son écosystème et toutes les sources de nourriture de l'huître, avec les moyens d'études mis en oeuvre sont présentées. Les nombreux compétiteurs de l'huître sont mentionnés afin qu'ils puissent être pris en compte dans une démarche ultérieure
AB Various methods are briefly described for the study of an oyster population from the point of view of energy : biomass, growth mortality, reproduction and respiration. The oyster population is observed in its ecosystem, and every food source of the oyster is described, along with the means of study that are put into practice. The numerous competitions with oysters are mentioned as that they can be taken into account in further studies
