AB Les acides citrique et malique, produits du cycle intermédiaire, se rencontrent normalement dans les divers tissus de vertébrés; il n'est toutefois pas évident a priori que ces mêmes acides se retrouvent aussi chez les invertébrés et à des taux voisins. L'objet du présent travail est donc d'établir à ce sujet une comparaison entre ceux-ci et les animaux supérieurs. On a choisi comme matériel d'étude deux crustacés (Nephrops norvegicus Leach et Maia squinado Latr.), un gastropode (Haliotis tuberculata L.) et un lamellibranche (Pecten maximum L.). AB Citric and malic acids, products of the intermediary cycle, are usually found in the different vertebrate tissues; however, the same acids are not necessarily found in invertebrates and in similar quantities. This study aims to establish a comparison between the latter and superior animals. Our study material consists of two crustaceans (Nephrops norvegicus Leach and Maia squinado Latr.), a gastropod (Haliotis tuberculata L.) and a lamellibranch (Pecten maximum L.).
