AB Suite à l'étude réalisée en 1987, un plan d'échantillonnage à 3 degrés a été adopté pour l'estimation des biomasses de moules en élevage dans les bouchots du Pertuis Breton. La biomasse présente dans l'ensemble du Pertuis a été estimée à 14 000 tonnes avec une précision de 5,5 %.
AB Following a study achieved in 1987, a 3 stage sampling plan was adopted to estimate the biomass of mussels cultivated on the stakes of the "Pertuis Breton". The estimation carried out in 1988 was extended to the whole Pertuis Breton and the biomass was assesssed to 14000 tons with a precision of 5,5 %.
