AB Ce document présente une analyse technique et financiére d'un projet de diversification d'une entreprise conchylicole en mer ouverte par la mise en place d'un atelier d'élevage de coquille Saint-Jacques. II décrit d'abord les aspects techniques du projet, son dimensionnement et les normes d'élevages retenues. Après le chiffrage des investissements, des charges d'exploitation et des recettes attendues, l'analyse porte sur la rentabilité marginale de cet atelier et sur les conséquences financières de son insertion pour l'entreprise. Enfin, la discussion porte sur la sensibilité des résultats aux variations des paramétres techniques et économiques, puis sur différentes stratégies d'élevage possibles. 
AB This report is a technical and financial analysis of a project of a shellfish farm in open sea which diversifies with the implementation of a scallop activity. It lays out first the technical description of the project, its size and the choice of rearing standards. After the working out of investments, operating costs and expected receipts, the analysis deals with the marginal profitability of the scallop activity and the financial consequences of its implementation in the farm. Then, there is a discussion on the sensitiveness of the results to the variations of the technical and economic parameters and on different possible rearing strategies
