AB Dans le cadre de l'étude des effets d'un rejet urbain sur le biotope marin., nous avons étudié la toxicité aiguë du tétrachloroéthylène sur la crevette des marais (Palaemonetes varians). Les expérimentations ont été menées en flux continu pendant 96 heures : la CL 50 est de 2,37 mg/l. Ce résultat et les données bibliographiques soulignent la forte sensibilité des crustacés à ce solvant chloré.
AB Studying the impact of domestic sewer discharge on marine biota we studied lethal toxicity of tetrachloroethylene on brackish water prawn (Palaemonetes varians). These experiments were carried out in a flow-through system during 96 hours : LC 50 is 2,37 mg/l. This result and aIl data, present in litterature, show the high sensitiveness of crustaceans to this chlorinated solvent.
