AB Le contrat européen PECOSUDE (PEches COtières du SUd De l’Europe - DG PECHE - 99/024) signé en 2000 pour 2 ans a réuni des partenaires français (IFREMER, GEOLITTOMER et CEMAGREF), espagnols (AZTI, UPV et IEO) et portugais (IPIMAR). En vue de la renégociation de la PCP en 2002, il fait le bilan des pêches côtières et estuariennes depuis la Loire jusqu’au Portugal. Trois niveaux d’étude sont considérés : l’halieutique (données 1999), la socio-économie et la commercialisation (en cours). La fréquentation de la zone des 12 milles pour la France et du plateau continental pour l'Espagne nord et le Portugal, ainsi que le temps de pêche inférieur à 96 heures ont été retenus comme définition d'étude.
AB The European contract PECOSUDE (Small inshore fisheries of the south of Europe) accepted in 2000 for 2 years concerns French partners (IFREMER, GEOLITTOMER and CEMAGREF), Spanish (AZTI, UPV and IEO) and Portuguese (IPIMAR).
