Ce texte, est un résumé de présentation orale effectuée le 31 mai 2018 à la faveur de la Grande soirée annuelle du Conseil Représentatif des Français d’Outre-Mer (CREFOM), à l’hôtel de ville de Paris, à l’invitation du Président de ce Conseil National. Il aborde 5 grands sujets : i) la mer : notre source, notre avenir, ii) pour une vision globale et l’anticipation, iii) pour une grande ambition, iiii) l’importance de notre jeunesse, iiiii) la mer en partage.

This text is an abstract of the oral presentation performed on May 31st, 2018 during the annual evening of the Representative Counci of the French Overseas people (CREFOM), in the City Hall of Paris and in the invitation of the President of this Council. It approaches 5 big subjects: i) the sea: our spring, our future, ii) for a global vision and the anticipation, iii) for a big ambition, iiii) the importance of our youth, iiiii) sharing the sea.
