AB Ce texte est l’expression, sous forme de légende, de pensées et réflexions co-construites par Véronique Mollot, Présidente fondatrice du Cluster Comité 3E (Égalité à l’Éducation à l’École) et Lionel Loubersac, océanographe, ex Ifremer et membre du Cluster Comité 3E. Cette légende, inspirée de la mythologie grecque, se construit sur l’origine de la vie en mer et le rôle qu’une déesse bienveillante a déployé et déploie pour que la femme et l’homme continuent d’évoluer pour la durabilité de leur avenir avec résilience et profonde considération des traces des éléments marins qu’ils portent en eux… La morale de cette légende est celle du respect de la vie, du respect de l’océan d’où nous venons toutes et tous, du respect de la connaissance et de son accès, donc de l’Éducation, de celui aussi de l’équilibre d’action et de responsabilité entre les femmes et les hommes, tout en portant l’accent sur les principes d’une égalité en « Droit, Devoir et Dignité » que l’éthique de la mer et de l’océan nous enseigne ... 
AB This text is the expression, in the form of a legend, of thoughts and reflections co-constructed by Véronique Mollot, Founding President of the Cluster Comité 3E (Égalité à l'Éducation à l'École) and Lionel Loubersac, oceanographer, former Ifremer scientist and member of the Cluster Comité 3E. This legend, inspired by Greek mythology, is built on the origin of life at sea and the role that a benevolent goddess has deployed and deploys so that women and men continue to evolve for the sustainability of their future with resilience and deep consideration of the traces of the marine elements they carry within them… The moral of this legend is that of respect for life, respect for the ocean from which we all come, respect for knowledge and therefore its access to Education, respect for the balance of action and responsibility between women and men, while emphasizing the principles of equality in “Law, Duty and Dignity” that the ethics of the sea and the ocean teach us ...
