CR INTERNATIONAL BOTTOM TRAWL SURVEY (IBTS)
AB L'objectif global pour le RCG NANSEA et le RCG Baltic est d'examiner l'état des questions actuelles, les réalisations et les développements de la coordination régionale et d'identifier les besoins futurs conformément aux exigences du règlement DCF (UE 1004/2017) et à la surveillance et à la gestion de l'environnement européen au sens large. Il s'agissait de la deuxième année pour les termes de référence (TdR) pluriannuels 2022-2024 pour le groupe de coordination régionale de l'Atlantique Nord, de la mer du Nord et de l'Arctique oriental (RCG NANSEA) et le groupe de coordination régionale de la Baltique (RCG Baltic). Le groupe s'est réuni virtuellement le 25 mai et physiquement à Gdansk, en Pologne, du 6 au 9 juin 2023, avec la possibilité de se connecter à distance. Cinq TdR ont été traités au cours de la TM 2023 du RCG NANSEA et du RCG Baltic, le travail intersession étant effectué par les ISSG et sous-groupes désignés au cours de la réunion technique du RCG. Le travail intersession 2022-2023 a été réalisé par 15 ISSG différents, et leur travail a été présenté lors des réunions du RCG NANSEA et du RCG Baltic 2023 TM. Les résultats des ISSG sont extrêmement précieux pour le travail du TM et constituent la base des discussions lors de la réunion. Outre les ISSG, quatre SG ont été planifiés au cours du RCG TM.   
AB The overall aim for RCG NANSEA and RCG Baltic is to review the status of current issues, achievements and developments of regional coordination and identify future needs in line with DCF regulation (EU 1004/2017) requirements and the wider European environmental monitoring and management.   This was the second year for the 2022-2024 multi-annual Terms of References (ToRs) for the Regional Coordination Group North Atlantic, North Sea & Eastern Arctic (RCG NANSEA) and the Regional Coordination Group Baltic (RCG Baltic). The group met virtually on 25th May and physically in Gdansk, Poland, from 6-9 June 2023, with the possibility to connect remotely. Five ToRs were handled during the RCG NANSEA and RCG Baltic 2023 TM, with intersessional work carried out by designated ISSGs and subgroups during the RCG technical meeting. The intersessional work 2022-2023 was a setup of 15 different ISSGs, and their work was presented during the RCG NANSEA and RCG Baltic 2023 TM. The output of the ISSGs is extremely valuable for the work of the TM and forms the basis of the discussions at the meeting. Next to the ISSGs, four SGs were planned during the RCG TM.
