Un prélèvement effectué sur la plaine abyssale du bassin de Guinée lors de la campagne ,,Walda" 2) du N.O.,,Jean Charcot", a rapporté 3 exemplaires d'un Crustacé Isopode appartenant au genre Paramunna G.O. Sars, 1866. N'ayant pu les rattacher à aucune des espèces déjà connues de ce genre, nous avons été conduits à en faire une espèce nouvelle dont nous présentons la description dans cette note. A sample taken on the Guinean abyssal plain during the Walda 2 cruise of the R.S. "Jean Charcot", included 3 specimens of an isopod crustacean belonging to the genus Paramunna G.O. Sars, 1866. As these specimens could not be linked to any of the species known to this genus, we had to create a new species, described in this note.
