This report was written in the framework of Work Package 7, “International and European networking of fixed-point observatories”, in a task dedicated to the further development of collaboration with European and non-European fledgling Eulerian observing systems that are not directly supported in the FixO3 programme. The document reports on recent development of European and non-European observatory systems and on communication status with non-European observatory systems.
