We created this little book to give an overview of the scientific richness of an oceanographic campaign and to preserve the memory of the passion and dedication of the participants of the BioSWOT-Med project.

In the first three sections we collected three series of interviews carried out to cruise participants before the start of the campaign (“The research themes”, “The instruments of oceanographers”, “The new wave of oceanographers”). In the last section we reported stories and anecdotes shared by the researchers while at sea (“Dispatches from sea”).
