Cet article dresse un bilan des activités menées sur 30 mois qui sont relatives au projet néo-calédonien innovant de « Parcours éducatif mer dans une approche intégrée du genre ». Après un rappel des besoins, de l’historique, du contexte international et des acteurs principaux concernés, ce texte explicite la méthodologie originale mise en place. On y apporte un ensemble de chiffres sur les réalisations effectuées, les intervenants, le nombre d’établissements scolaires interpellés, le nombre de jeunes concernés. Il est explicité que ce projet soutenu par le Fonds d’Intervention Maritime de l’État et, désormais, par le Gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Calédonie vise à déployer géographiquement l’action vers des établissements scolaires non exclusivement du « Grand Nouméa » et donc de Brousse et des Iles en Nouvelle-Calédonie, comme le renforcement des ouvertures en cours vers la Polynésie française et si possible Wallis et Futuna. Sont également citées les perspectives qui seraient offertes vers la valorisation des approches, outils et méthodes de ce parcours « calédonien » dans un contexte élargi national sous impulsion du Cluster Maritime Français, notamment avec le sujet de « l’attractivité des métiers du maritime » en cible prioritaire. 

This article reviews the activities carried out over 30 months that are related to the innovative New Caledonian project of «Sea Educational Path in an integrated approach of gender». After recalling the needs, the history, the international context and the main actors concerned, this text explains the original methodology put in place. It provides a set of figures on the achievements made, the speakers, the number of schools surveyed, the number of young people concerned. It is explained that this project supported by the Maritime Intervention Fund of the French State and, from now on, by the Government of New Caledonia, aims to deploy geographically the action towards schools not exclusively of the «Greater Noumea area zone» and thus of Brousse and the Islands in New Caledonia, as the strengthening of the current openings towards French Polynesia and if possible Wallis and Futuna. Are also mentioned the perspectives that would be offered towards the valorization of the approaches, tools and methods of this «Caledonian» journey in a broader national context under the impetus of the French Maritime Cluster, in particular with the subject of «the attractiveness of maritime professions» as a priority target.
